1. Product features
CM-PPE is a cation thermo-setting resin. After being absorbed by the paper making fibers, the agent produces cross binkage during the dryer can stage, to create a grid structure, with an even density and excellent wet strength.
2. Function
It raises wet strength by a factor of 5-10. Dry strength also increases 10-30%. It has no effect on paper whiteness. It is also non-irriating, and be used to manufacture all kinds of foodstuff wrapping paper. It is suited to neutral applicators. PPE resin also acts to stabilibe large dimension paper sheets, and has excellent ind absorbency. It also aids retention and filering increases retention, and reduces broken ends in the part of the paper, thus making it easier to repair damaged paper.

4. Application method
PPE resin should be dissolved to a concentration of 1-2%, then added to the batching tank and mixed evenly. It can also be continuously added to a header tank using a metering pump. Usage rate is generally 0.1-0.8% of the quantity of absolute dry pulp. During use, the time it is in contact with the pulp materials should be as long as possible.

6. Storage
PPE should be kept away from strong acid. It should be stored in a dry, cool, shaded, well we btilated place and protect form direct sunlight and frost. Where the product has frozen at low temperatures, it should be thawed thoroughly and then used right away.
